Slide For 75 minutes, participants carry out simple exercises, followed by discussions led by our professional facilitator. They are led to explore the thoughts, attitudes and values ​​that we unconsciously carry, individually and collectively, in order to make us aware of the impacts of our actions and to modify our practice when necessary. The workshop will increase their capacity to find solutions thanks to a more inclusive look at the richness of points of view that come from CULTURAL DIVERSITY in a work team. Acting to prevent and dismantle prejudices, raise people's awareness of cultural differences, create bridges to avoid misunderstandings, tensions, exclusion and inequalities, this is work that must be done as a team. How to create a diverse and inclusive work environment? An activity to develop the reflex of inclusion in order to eliminate unconscious discrimination and promote diversity at all levels in the workplace.
