Slide For 75 minutes, participants perform simple exercises, followed by discussion led by our professional facilitator. They are led to explore the thoughts, attitudes and values that we unconsciously carry, individually and collectively, in order to make us aware of the impacts of our actions and to modify our practice when necessary. The workshop will increase their ability to find solutions through a more inclusive look at the wealth of perspectives that come from CULTURAL DIVERSITY in a work team.
